[Suggestion] Delay rings & DMG Rings

Suw, When ya buy a ring and wear it (obviously) you will gain -100 or -1000 Delay
or some other number.

and DMG ring will give you Some extra DMG % to ur weps

Idk if that's possible. ^^

it should be like this:

when you equip a dmg ring 10(or more) AP/HP goes off of your health so its less over powered. so people will think twice before they use it. if you want more dmg to you weapons you should loze hp and ap. thats the way it works.. you cant have both =]
