I don't know much about Dr-BlaBla, other than that his name on the server used to be [S]Pro, which was banned for UC. I've seen him a few times on the server, and, personally, I think he UCs. He has some glitchy movements and doesn't really lead as much as someone should. I'm not one to judge, but that's all.

As far as the 1v1 is concerned, 13-7 isn't a drop. A lot of things to consider.
