However, if a country for no reason victamises another country, how else could this be resolved?

So allowing someone to slaughter their people is no reasons to go to war? So if war is "gay" then ultiately

imo: it is obvious that wars are always no good since more war leads to more hatred in the world which creates a cycle of hatred. Even though countries have enacted peace treaties, there will be people who will hate the other people living in the other nations.

Wars occur because there are people in the world who want to have more superiority over the other nations. Wars can be about the fight of different races, but who knows.
Wars will never stop since not everyone is happy with each other in the world and fighting is always a part of survival regarding any form of life. Animals, human beings, etc.
