Some of those 'negative' comments are usefull IMO.
EXAMPLE 1;

4 things

1 remove annoying sound
2 remoave floating box or fix it
3 remove the anoying logo which geeps poping up and down like a moron...
4 make a light map... rlly it fixes every t hing that could suck.. probly...

EXAMPLE 2;

Textures aren't really making any sense, try use less different textures on a map.

They might be 'negative' in your eyes, and not some tips or w/e but i'm sure it will help you alot.
So in another words you should do something with these 'negative' comments, and don't say it is useless.
Cause it is only useless because you don't use them in your work.
Try to improve instead of doing nothing and just reading them.

The problem is you seeing it negative, if you see it as advice or a tip it would be different, it aint useless its actually the only thing helping you improve.

This might be a tip for you for your future maps, take more time on building the map;
- Better scales
- The decent/right texture
- Test your map once a while to check for any bugs/other things
- Perhaps start on lightmapping (good lightmap will have a better end result on your map)

And don't just make something, make a map that makes sense (there are a lot of people that make random stuff).

Last but not least, writing down idea's, draw your map before you start (THIS CAN BE USEFUL).
