I like the text on your guys' tags. They look really professional. /end Sarcasm

On-topic, though, I think that there is a lot going on. You attempted a light source, but it really didn't work out because the entire tag seems that it is in the same lighting. The left side is really chaotic and doesn't lend itself well to the overall piece. The background is sloppy, but it works. As for the text... I think it's fine. The only problem with it is that it stands out too much. If I were you, I would not make use of a label-like bar and then put black text on it, because it stands out far too much. In this scenario, I probably honestly wouldn't know where to put the text either because the tag itself is so chaotic. I'd have to be working with the tag myself and then mess around with it.
