My first map :)

well this is my very first map!!
it's kinda easy but i had to know some stuff that i know now and this is the result!!
my opinion is: very nice for the first time
please tell me your opinion

i got 1 more question: how can i add a gate (where you can walk trought)?

Did you specify your map location yet?




You have to edit that part i highlighted.

Your walls aren't fitting togheter , some of the walls stick out of there.
You can even that by clicking on the brush and changing its size.
You can change somethings size by clicking your mouse on the top right window next to the brush you selected , if you want to make your wall thinner on the right side , go to the right side of the brush and move left.

ok that's pretty good for my first map
i got 1 more question: how can i add a gate (where you can walk trought)?

Thats pretty easy , you have to select the height you want on a brush by creating a brush in the leftunder window then when you created the brush push esc and then alt+z ( undo ) , now choose a location for the brush in the top right window
