EXP Ring Problem. (Donators)

I bought two exp rings and put them on. Only one of them works. Iv not been informed that only one works at a time... And i only realized my problem like just now... weeks after i bought both >.< I didn't realize i could get the same exp with just one ring.


#1Is this a bug and I'm right that i should be getting *6 exp?
#2If i made a mistake, is it possible to refund one of my rings for 50 coins?
#3If you can't refund one exp ring for coins, will you be so helpful as to put the ring into my central bank so i can use it on another character at least...

Please, if it is my fault for not seeing any signs about how only one ring will work then can you do #2? Id like to buy a new weapon.
Or if that isn't possible... can you do #3 so i can at least put it to use on another character... I don't want to be at a loss.

You don't get donators status for buying exp rings. Please look around before you start accusing me of not having Premium. When a GM comes a long, they will see i have premiums and have a history of donating.

Like it matters, if he makes a claim on an account that wasn't his, this would be a pointless thread. GMs can easily check which character/account has what items.

I have donated on fgunz.net and got loads of coins then bought my items. The forum has nothing to do with it!
