You can't use the normal program to underclock on fgunz. You haven't been able to since rapeguard came out. It immediately crashes the game. The few of you who do know how, go ahead, try it.
Just letting you know, make sure whoever you're banning ACTUALLY knows how to hack, because you aren't gonna find underclockers unless they have actually hacked the game by hand.
Atleast, it crashes my game, and has for about a month.
