I made this recently for my own use but i'll share it with you, i've only been using it for the past hour and it's awesome sauce, really does make aiming easy imo.
And yes there small, the reason is my monitor is really big so i need a small crosshair or they all look too big for me and can sometimes appear blurry.

i have a smaller xhair somewhere in my comp that i absolutly loved to use for the longest time. the thing is i find them really ugly n boring....
