Okay , so i have two characters on my same account .
i was wondering if you delete a character that has donors would the donors go to the central bank of the other character ? or would i lose it .

If I recall, it will not let you delete the character as long as the donors are equipped. I think I tried it last week.

You can't delete Characters with Cash items in Inventar.
(Not all Donator Items are Cash items at the moment)
