Idk what changes the only think I know is that players from NL are 50-70 ping for me the highest was 100 .

No, the location of the server has nothing to do with ANYTHING, for the fiftieth time, The connections are Peer 2 Peer, which means your connecting to each other to fight, that's why when theres 16 people in a game, the pings are pretty high, as bunny chaser said, IT WONT MATTER unless your staying still, which you wont be.

The server has nothing to do with pings, the closer you are to people the better your connection to them.
