my opinion on this matter:

just like how all the gms reviewed the thread and made a decision that he wasnt ucing, that should have been done.

aderz banning johnny will be looked into, and since he said:
"I'm tired of this shit.
I would even sacrifice my position to this report of conclusion as my decision.

Banned!"

then if the come to the conclusion that johnny isnt ucing then he will be demoted
