[Suggestion] FPS Limiter

It would be nice to have a FPS limiter in the next client. That way people with good computers (not uncommon nowadays) are able to play gunz the way it is suppoed to be played as well. No more gliding around and not being able to dbf.

As i said in my thread, WT have released there file's so im guessing this could be possible, and easy, Since superwaffle or McSic could grab it, And Implement it.
Because WT had an FPS Limiter in the beta

I think that an fps limiter doesn't take a lot of space. It's still up to the players to decide if they will enable it or not. No need for a poll.
