The only Map Compiler for Gunz uses ist GZMap wich is for Radiant.

Gunz has Low Poly Models, at first do Simple things and memorize the shortcuts.
The Shortcut Layout can be found at the Blender Wiki.
There you also will find the Noob to Pro "Guide" for Blender.

For Gunz Specific Questions ask one of us Devs.

so you guys have any easy to understand guides?how long does it takes to master blender normally?

I never followed any tutorials and I cannot say I fully master blender.
