Why are all beginnner GFXers in the Team?

Why is that people who aren't even good in GFX are on the GFX team?

Luneth learned from me and he isn't good enough. He can't even make a logo or a decent banner.

Shaya is alright but definitly not good enough to be on the team.

Heroix and all the other team members don't even post any gfx work. So may I know what the hell is the gfx team doing?



The GFX team should be working and people shouldn't be joining it for a colored name. What do you guys think?

I wasnt joining for the color, I don't mind if i have the color or not, it's all about being in the team, learning something new, And making thing's for Gunz.
