Launch then crash?

Title basically sets it. i Just downloaded the game off 2shared and ran the launcher, blah blah. it did its updates. and now when i launch the game it say did i vote. i click yes. then the game starts booting up, and as soon as the big black screen appears ( which is the game booting up) then it instantly shuts back off and closes itself. like a crash. How to fix this? or am i doing something wrong or what...

Delete config.xml and try again (sometimes this helps)

Thanks for the advice joey, but there seem to be a problem with that. There is no config.xml to delete. i thought this was odd when i first saw that. i only have 13 items in my folder. shouldn't there be more to run the game?
Anyway, my problem still stands, i open start the laucher, rapegaurd loads, game boots up to black screen and instantly shuts off, crashes. anyone?

Try closing background programs
run as admin
download the latest framework Blah Blah Blah
