If you look at the shape itself it looks kinda futuristic. But if you look at it in detail the flow and detail is missing, something like an eye catcher or a straight line from the front to the back is missing.
Also the handle is waay too empty and boring. The rest actually looks acceptable for a beginner work, but you should work on the detail and the shape itself

lol the handle is like that because when you put it in game the hand will cover the handle anyway. but you are right. i didnt really made a lot of detail. =[
