This morning the network in the Databarn datacenter suffered from a network outage in our network segment.
This outage started around 10.00 AM and caused packet forwarding problems for random IPs. Because the problems pointed us in the direction of routing problems it took us a while to find the actual problem.
A client created a bridge on two of his public network interfaces. After removing this server from the network all issues were solved.
We are very sorry for the service interruption and will make sure it won't happen again.
