There seems to be a network problem to users of which their traffic goes through Bulgaria. No ETA on when it will be fixed.

Today, since morning a provider called SKAT POPOVO Ltd with AS number 57634 has (presumably) a misconfiguration in their network. This caused at least 1 prefix from our company to be announced from their network. Thus incorrectly make it originate from their network (SKAT POPOVO Ltd).
The current affected IP Range/Subnet is : 93.158.236.0/24
Please be aware that this was a world wide issue caused by SKAT POPOVO Ltd. and not a host specific issue. However we are sending this notification as we can imagine you noticed issues in general on the service today at the affected subnet without knowing what is going on.
We have notified their transit carriers / RIPE and also SKAT POPOVO in order to get this solved as soon as possible. (We are working non-stop on this matter, until this company stop announcing the affected IP Range/Subnet).

A network technician is going to replace the network cable of the server tonight (no specific time).
The reason for this is because the server has been disconnecting randomly lately, maybe this will fix it.
