You can now request the deletion of an old character here: http://fgunz.net/page/delete-old-character
Level 1-60: last login must be more than 375 days ago
Level 60-75: last login must be more than 750 days ago
Level 75+: can not be deleted
Terms
- Last login of the account of the character must be more than 150 days ago.
- Characters with colors or donation items can not be deleted.
- You can request a deletion every 3 days.
- Whoever decides to abuse the function will receive a ban. (All actions are logged, as usual.)
Do not ask any of the staff members for a character deletion. Use that tool.

Event points can now be converted at a 1:1.5 ratio.
You must have an even amount of event points before you can convert it.

As you noticed, there are random network outages lately. (Probably because of DDoS attacks.)
Once McSic is back, we'll order a decent DDoS protected host. (And not a host like last time, since that was a drama.)

As you may know the server has been under DDoS attacks lately.
Within 24 to 48 hours, we will move to a new host which will hopefully block all future DDoS attacks. Moving the server will take less than 2 hours.

This evening some clients experienced packet loss in the public network. For this reason we rebooted a part of our cloud. This resolved the problem.
We are now investigating how to prevent this from happening again. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
