The Move under that is a Nubby one, Can only be done when your hit, This one seem's more advanced as you said.
Well Since it's the Speedy dagger, It's pretty hard to tell what's going on.

It can be done with any dagger, not just speedy.
When its glitched you click right click (it will lunge on spot) then reload to cancel the lunge in middle of the animation to be able to use other moves. (something like flip > block at sword, but, instead of block u use reload since daggerz don't have block )
