Wind suck's really hard in my Opinion
Plus all i can see is a Background, C4D Enlarged Smudged.
And a Inner glow (Black)
Use the Square tool.
Drag from one corner, I choose outside of your actual Size as it Select's the area perfectly, Edit > Stroke > Color > 1 Px or 2.

Lol that was all brushes, there were no C4D's nor Renders or Wallpapers. I'm gonna try those other things on my next one though

Sonic Background, It's pixelated, Show's the true Ratio has been stretched. It must be a Picture of something, not brushes.
