How about you compare yourself to some of the more known/better players on ijji. say you take a look at some tourny matches, preferably by the better teams.
Oh and I can answer, both of you can pretty much improve in aim/lead/movement/teamwork. Theres few who can''t improve aim any further if none, lead same thing, movement same thing and teamwork same thing :x
