/Re-enforcing starting today.

Anyone who makes a fake report:

First fake report - Warning.

Second fake report - Infraction

Third fake report - Suspension(One Week)

Fourth fake report - Suspension(Two weeks+)/Permanent Ban

OR, depending on how stupid you make the report, we may skip tiers. Instead of 4 chances, you may only get 2. Always a physical warning first though, then after that it's to the Moderator's discretion(multiple past offenses, severely idiotic, the like).

Definition of a "fake" report: Using capitals throughout the entire report, not providing physical, viable, non-edited proof(meaning include the entire conversation or it will just be ignored, can't have one side of the story), talking like you have a mental disability, or simply not having a good reason to report.
