Let me suggest you something.
Rebirth gives 50 coins in return. Resetting your level don't give anything back in return.
By that I mean that you should definitely consider to rebirth instead of just resetting your level.

Rebirth has been taken away because of the people abusing it.
You will just have to stay lvl 99 for now. =P
