I'm getting bored with "regulars" .. I want to change from XP to Vista theme but idk what's causing the problem -.-

The video card has nothing to do with this.

I also look shiny looks but for now I got old classic 95 style or so.. just to keep my computer alive / I hate to go too much into my computer to fix stuff nowadays.
