I've seen lots of those kind of reports, in my opinion don't bann /warn or w/e u like to call it people for saying those stuffz, what people don't declare in their report is the thing happend earlier which made that guy complaining/raging/cursing u, you just screenshot the right sentences and a player gets a warn or bann.
It's part of the game, if you can't handle it just press V

Well... You should not get warn or banned for language, unless the person is offending anyone to their knowledge and spamming with the language. A person should be allowed every once and awhile to throw a curse word or to say how someone sucks, because of how they play without being worried about being banned... At least, in my opinion it should be that way.
