If your call to the number shown on the payment screen is rejected, it may be due to the one of the following reasons:
1.Your phone is blocked from calling premium rate and/or international numbers:
Your phone provider will be able to help you with removing this restriction.
2.Your daily/monthly spending limit has been reached.
UK Customers
1.*TALK TALK* customers: It will probably not work. Please get in contact with your phone service provider regarding calls to premium rate numbers.
US Customers
1.You reached your daily/monthly spending limit:
For US customers we have put in place a spending limit of 120 USD/month and 35 USD/day. This limit cannot be altered or removed, but you can contact your provider at any stage for information on how much you already spent.
2.You get the message "call could not be completed as dialled":
Your phone provider does not allow calling premium rate numbers (most likely if your phone is provided by a cable or internet service provider). Unfortunately, in such a case you will not be able to use DaoPay and the only solution would be to change your provider.
Canadian Customers
1.Some Canadian carriers keep callers blocked after they reached their spending limit, even after the bill is paid. Please consult your carrier in such a case.
