It's called conditional for a reason. It's all not decided yet. And like stroop says, do you really need experience? Banning hackers and adding donation items are things you do through the GMCP, which I dont think are that hard.
And besides, your point is relying on only one part of the format. I doubt if you even took to others into account when you made this thread.

I read everyone's application fully. And your not only banning hackers and adding donar items, your representing freestyle gunz. I've seen many server opinions formed through how the staff is.

That wasn't my point. That's pretty much the biggest part you do through the GMCP, and the GMCP is the only thing I haven't got experience with.

I'll give my opinion on this.

Even though you might have much experience and such with GMCP or Whatever that might be.
I Think its more about the personalities , i dont think this is fair because the newer people still have a better morale and are more active in Freestyle GunZ , However....
Let me take you as a example AAA , have not proven yourself to be realy active in the close past , this might be because of a broken finger etc.
But everyone can make that kinds of stuff up ( Not accusing you AAA ).
Besides you also have another project your working on , making it hard(er) to believe for the admins / conditional applications comité.
I also do think , that players that have been here for a longer time have
shown their real personality alot longer and have been way more incidents with when comparing them to the new people.
For example me : I am not realy the raging ego kind of guy , yet it can happen and will probably happen.
This has not occured / not as much with The "New Generation" but has Occured quite alot with the "Old Generation" already.

This is my secret conspiracy theory so far.
Ill probably give more onions on this and im pretty tireed.. ( Thats how tired i am , see how i said onions :/ Just noticed. )
