with only the GPU ,CPU AND MOTHERBOARD u go to 204 euro +/- using the prices here now it depends of what u buy as a HDD and the component and case , u can buy a random case cheap or an coolermaster case wich will take ur price higher , anyway compare these things with theyre price and see wich is best this small list if from a cheap gamming pc of portugal

You should look into getting some more RAM. I would go for 8GB+, Windows 7 has the ability to take advantage of it, unlike vista. In one of my desktops I have 10GB and you wouldn't believe how much of a difference it makes.
Decent Video card. It will handle gunz with ease. If you run anything with a high degree of graphical complexity, games such as Crysis, you may run into some issues.
