(Kills/Deaths^2) * (Playtime / [101-Level])

(Playtime/[101-LVL]) Players approaching level 99 faster within their playtime will benefit more from this ratio.

(Kills/Deaths^2) So players are encouraged to not get those deaths. More deaths just means a lower value.

This way, players that have played longer with a fast leveling rate and good K/D^2 ratio will be able to go up in the rankings.
101 so that players at level 99 that plan to afk will still have to afk twice as much, since the multiplier is (Playtime/2), but this still doesn't solve the issue for afkers at level 99.
