Why is this server going bad all of the sudden?

sniper was in active for over a month.
and also what happened to gms being allowed to have life come first?
sorry i was gone okay want to know what is really happening? father tried to commit suicide again. ive been a little busy trying to deal with that and my psycho bitch of a ex harassing me every other minute of my damn life.

as for map making , not only devs are allowed to make maps.

If you have so much stuff going on how do you even have time to come online?
Shouldn't there be other priorities that come to you before this game? Family etc.
You can have your like come first, just not have it come with be'ing a GM anymore.

now you are contradicting your self , you fire me for being in active once things start to calm down, my powers are gone and you seem to really have a rude attitude towards me but really, you have had times of in activity and so have all the other staff members, im being fired while sniper was inactive and dealing with his life but he is still a staff member. this intrigues me.

one, i have not been inactive since i started here, i have been on everyday.
Another thing stop bringing Sniper into this matter, his duty is not a GM, he was inactive in which his job role is not a GM and to patrol the game like you. Don't compare yourself to him because you are both on different page's.
Your job duty involved as a GM is to patrol the game and fulfil the role, his is not.

once again (since you did not answer my question) ALL of the staff member have had time of absence i was not even gone for a week. saying that i had not banned hackers or even swappers how could i? cox communications changes my ip constantly( ask any one who has cox in AZ your ip changes about every week to a week and a half) and when i asked for my ip to be added to the list you removed all of my powers( or it takes 2 days because mcsic and girb are always busy) and before that i warned swappers and banned hackers at about 2-3 a day.
