It's indeed too bright, the colors don't match each other at all, and please follow a tutorial on text, because even if the text is off just a little it kills the entire tag. Also, even though the flow CAN be correct, It's still messy, and so is the lighting, fix it up, follow a common flow and stick with it. Flow comes from motion ( hair/clothes etc. )

so:
- Add photo filters/gradient maps for color adjustments.
- place the text near the render so it doesn't distract you from the focus point.
- never, EVER place an outer glow on your text.
- Try using stocks so you don't have empty spaces like the left side anymore.
- Create more depth using realistic lighting ( You'll have to seriously revise this, it's something even I am still having huge trouble with. )

and this should be some basic points you should focus on, KIU.
