DDoS Attack / Net Spam, Help me please!

My internet is getting DDoS attacked and Net spam all the time, need help!

DDoS: *Somtimes when i play my internet just disconnect, i dont understand why.
It happens very often and I've called our network host and they said we would try the Anti-DDoS programs, I've searched but no one seems to work and most of them are uploaded in MegaUpload who have laid down.
I sake appreciate if someone could give me tips / application that can keep me from being at DDoS Attacked.

Net Spam: *I'm not sure many have heard this but it happens to me, sometimes I get attacked by this net Spam and this is how it works: I start to lag and I get high pings in games / movies loads slow. Then you will see my whole desk full of. DLL files and 10 seconds later it will be my internet canceled and will not work for a few minutes.

I dont think im suppose to get disconnected every single minute. I have no virus on computer either. Which means..? DDoS if u couldnt guess it xD

Tried to cut off power, cuz i havnt been on computer for few days (ive been ski'ing) but its like that person knows my computer is getting on then he ddos me -.-

ill try that one but i already tried Norton, Virgisign, AVG.. none works.
