This guy is a straight up, full-on, noob.
The reason the replay is saying he has 100/100 is because it always does that, go try it yourself. Also, the reason the shots don't hit is because in this game, you have to "lead". ~_~

I do lead but some days I suck, some days I'm really good, some days mediocre...
No one 1v1's me when I'm doing good so I have to deal with this bad rep -.-

I thought 100/100 is hack '-'.
Last time, I reported someone for having 100/100.
He got banned for godmode o.o.

100/100 is the replay max, However it is also where the godmode shows.

Its hard to spot, hence why you have to do a decent amount of damage to them to prove its godmode vs not.

Normally for me to report people / Ban them I used to slash them with a sword 4-5 times.

When you get hit by a sword you do a little animation which shows you were hit, you can say they missed with lag or whatnot with a gun.

After watching the replay he didn't hack.
