You might say it's the recording 100hp/ap glitch, but my HP/AP as well as the other players HP/AP are normal, and her AP was increasing everytime she healed it -- so it's not a glitch.
Before I recorded she was massive and got 3v1'ed but didn't die.
Then after that during the 3v1, I kept turtling her, which meant she went through a lot of slashes and shots while being wide open form the turtle-bounceback-animation.
And I also pbed her at each turtle I did.
Even though she goes through all those slashes and pbs from 3 people, her HP never dropped under 100 until it was me against her last, coincidence?

Note: It was not distance lag, she had a range of 50 ping to me which is enough for aimmed shots to hurt.
Ok so he's apparently innocent since that screeny proves that he had more than 100hp. Seems he's the only one glitched in the recording.
