spike problem

i already scan for malwares viruses etc. and im still spiking in game i make almost every hit and i barely do some damage.. help me out here :/

it made it a little better

It's mainly the server that's causing the spike. It's very frustrating to me as well lol. Hopefully McSic & Dave fix it soon.
