Need help ASDFGHJKL :(

So, basically i need some info on what to do to this shitty ass computer.

My display drivers have been failing for the past 3 days, both during gaming and just simple web browsing.
idk wtf this is but, i google'd it and it told me to update my nvdia geforce9800GT to 296.10 WHQL and 275.33 WHQL, and it said " could not install display driver".

My thought: For some magical reason, I have 2 Program Files with 2 NvDia files. Program file # 1 : cant deleted without "TrustedInstaller" (What the shit is that?) , Program File{x86) (Guessing its default?). : No problems.

This really annoys me when i cant even turn on my computer because i get many green pixelled lines scattered all across my screen.

Before installing new Nvdia updates, I Uninistalled the driver from Control Panel and deleted nvdia files from both program files.

Requesting:
1. A way to delete my useless Program FIle #1.
2. Fix this problem so i can get back to smacking n0bs.

p.s Teamview is available upon request, but beware, may crash at any point in time. (Only for GM's and DEV's or people i trust for safety reasons)

if you are running a 64 bit windows, it will always have 2 program files but you must not delete them or else it will be worse
and TrustedInstaller is a program to install and uninstall other programs

Download malwarebytes, spybot, avast, and run them. ._.
