Something is blocking the launcher add it to your exclusions or disable your antivirus.
You anti virus is automatically removing the launcher because its a false positive, whats your anti virus?

its Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2012 also tried putting on the DEP list but it won't let me D:
ah and also added gunz.exe and launcher.exe into my antivirus exclusions list idk whats going on o.o
