I've done quite a few changes to the Terms of Service, namely adding in the rule of accessing these Forums through use of a proxy server of any form will be punishable by a lengthy suspension, or worse. I also highly recommend everyone to go over the Terms of Service thoroughly once more, I've edited it and made it easier to read physically, and it wouldn't hurt to familiarize yourself with the rules.
