Well, his PC problem is that, every time he try to start his PC right before Windows XP logo loading he is getting fatal error "disk boot failure insert system disk and press enter" I told him to check his BIOS because he might have a CD-DVD in his CD-Rom which is causing the problem but he changed the booting from Flash Drive and the same error appeared. He also told me that his HDD was making some weird sound.. I think it's damaged or he just need to change it.
Any tips ?
