I recommend disabling your anti-virus and firewall.

It is a common problem, when your anti-virus is very good this immediately delete patches/folder.
Advisable to add to its list of anti-virus.
I tried turning off firewall and exit my anti virus but still didn't work so now i'll download another download file deposit and see what'll happen
