No, you are not right.
A perfect communism does not exist, but I would prefer a perfect communism over a perfect democracy.
I'm sure you would, too.
"to create a classless, moneyless, and stateless social order structured upon common ownership of the means of production, as well as a social, political and economic ideology that aims at the establishment of this social order."
This means that everyone owns everything, and no one has power over another. You want to use your friend's Lamborghini? Sure! They want to borrow the keys to your house for a day? Sure! Why would you go against your neighbor for his stuff if you already have everything he has? Everyone works the same and earns the same money to buy the same items. You want to do your friends job? Sure! There's enough people in the world to do your job for the day, you can do your friend's! Everyone will work, because what else can you do? Go get drunk? No, in this perfect society, you have everything you want, what's the point in getting drunk? Forgetting about your fantastic life?
This is the ultimate goal of communism. It is impossible in our world today, but if there is ever a possibility of it being achieved, consider me a communist.
To follow up; socialism is not communism.
Socialism is, 'You only get what you need.'
Communism is, 'EVERYONE gets what they need AND what they want.'
Communism is a perfect society, with a 'superabundance of material wealth.'
"In Marxist theory, pure communism is a specific stage of historical development that inevitably emerges from the development of the productive forces that leads to a superabundance of material wealth, allowing for distribution based on need and social relations based on freely associated individuals."
