I believe they're just using a type of blackscreen and just shooting a very high quality projection onto the screen.

This is a hologram thats worth around 100.000 / 400.000 $ made by james camerom digital domain effects / animations company .
that made games such as GEARS OF WARS 3 , KILLZONE 3
movies as TRANSFORMERS
AND YOU CAN PAY THEM TO MAKE ANY SORT OF 3D IMAGE (HOLOGRAM) ANIMATIONS OR WHAT EVER THAT YOU GOT IN UR MIND .
YOU just gotta have money to pay them .
