My opinion:

Shouldn't recruit a lot of FMS from EU/BR/NA because you forget that the Earth still have another half..
Should recruit asian because when EU/NA/BR are sleeping we can help on your behalf

Alym is on the other side of the world and is almost always on, same with StephanM and Pickachuuuu. The rest of us here on the NA side of things have this side covered.

@Grascen, they all are doing a pretty decent job so far. Obviously without Trial's, it's kind of like throwing tourist's into shark-infested waters; they aren't prepared enough. But a crash course did the job decently, they all mean well enough.
