----------OC----------
What is the whole point of OC? The whole point of OC'ing is speeding up your movement while the enemies stay the same. You move faster therefore you dodge bullets faster and you have an advantage of taking more shots then your opponent.
This is normal movement:
http://speedy.sh/rJDJu/TR-9R-7as-9h-...209-184507.gzr
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXkjm...ature=youtu.be
What do we see?
1. Normal Dash
2. Normal Gun Switch
3. Normal RS
4. Normal jump
5. Normal performance overall.
Now, let's see OC at +1.03
http://speedy.sh/32v2Q/TR-9R-7as-9h-...209-184605.gzr
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A22wJRUevyU
What do we see?
We don't see MUCH of a difference. It seems the same. The biggest thing you could notice is the RS spam. You can see that your RS is much faster therefore you're eligible to take more shots then your opponent. The weapon switch is also faster.
Moving on to OC at +1.07
http://speedy.sh/Deney/TR-9R-7as-9h-...209-184717.gzr
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AF0xsR6Hg7g
You can notice a lot here.
You can notice that there is an increase of RS spam again. The dashing is much faster AND the jump is less time. When you UC the jump is more time, that is why there's "float" but while OC'ing the opposite of UC, its faster, so when you jump, you land much quicker.
Moving on to OC +1.14
http://speedy.sh/vXNXB/TR-9R-7as-9h-...209-184809.gzr
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OEdvL...ature=youtu.be
You could tell this is OC if you don't even know what OC is. You have a faster RS spam. Much faster weapon switch, faster walking etc. While jumping it feels like there is a weight pushing you down. So its a short jump.
It doesn't only stop at 1.14 but this is the most obvious. If it looks faster then 1.14 then you're doing the KingWayne OC.
----------UC----------
What is the whole point of UC? The whole point of UC is slowing your performance while the enemies has the same usual speed. It increases the dmg dealt from far pbs and you have the advantage of aiming better.
This is normal movement:

What do we see?
1. Normal Dash
2. Normal Gun Switch
3. Normal RS
4. Normal jump
5. Normal performance overall.
Now let's see UC at -1.03:
http://speedy.sh/dnSb9/Underclock-1.03.gzr
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xd0YZ...ature=youtu.be
Not TOOOO noticeable but still is, we can see that my RS spam is slower, I walk slower and just overall movement is slower.
Moving on to UC -1.07:
http://speedy.sh/ENCGA/Underclock-1.07.gzr
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbVwJ...ature=youtu.be
Just an increase of what I wrote about -1.03
Moving on to UC -1.14
http://speedy.sh/MkYRK/Underclock-1.10.gzr
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5v-6q...ature=youtu.be
This is the ice breaker. You can tell its UC no doubt. Very slow RS but easy to aim etc.
Moving on to Soul UC -2.0:
http://speedy.sh/HtaSV/Underclock-2.0.gzr
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0qZNl9FvQo&feature=plcp
Every Soul member you see will be using this kind of UC. Very easy to spot.
Here is how a fight might look like with a UC'er:
http://speedy.sh/UPTCd/Underclock-Fight2.gzr
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUb9R...ature=youtu.be
Might be a little hard to tell, but you'll know what it looks like after watching the other vids.
The walking difference between a normal player and a UC'er:
http://speedy.sh/g6sYE/Underclock-Walking-Speed.gzr
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JxgPF...ature=youtu.be
As you can see, I was losing the walk test and I still ended up losing with a dash.
The dashing difference between a normal player and a UC'er:
http://speedy.sh/jmJaM/Underclocking...eed-Fight1.gzr
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QoQz5...ature=youtu.be
As you can see I'm having trouble dashing, every 1-2 dashes it won't allow me to dash again. Its also very slow.
Please watch these videos before reporting a UC'ER/OC'ER to make sure that they are using 3rd party programs. Thank you.
