his eyes are light blue and in your drawing you made eyes look a bit too dark with Chiaroscuro effect ..and also the shape of the head should get fixed,at the right side,his hair look different on the computer than in your drawing.
There are still little details you should fix but it's not a bad drawing, i wouldn't be able to do it as good as yours i'd give you 7/10 (i am judging because i go to an art school so i know what it works like)

Thanks, Yup need to work on BLUE EYES! cause... ugh i always made them somehow abit too dark...
The shape of the head is perfectly fine tbh :o but maybe because of the shadow it looks different or weird..

What about working it out with outliner and colours?

I don't know... I like black/white more... anyways i'm always afraid to f up my drawings whenever I wanna try to add colours.
