decided to farm champion instead

My idea was to get 40% cd, a huge cd on summoners, able to spam your spells but you do way less dmg.
It is more of an ulity assist build for teamfights/chases (W spam for slow 'n catchin').

For tristana and miss fortune i go that build path I find attackspeed/damage rush works better with them then cd. For mf to get her double tap combos off on multiple targets and tristana to use her e q combo to the full extent. (MB for replying so late)
