Officially not, and if you do it really depends what you do on the account regarding the risk.
I know people who share accounts and never got issues, however only 1 of the 2 plays ranked on the account so I guess that is safe to do.

And if person A plays flash on F and person B plays flash on D, and settings in general, it is easily noticeable.
