No dont build botrk first. Thats only an alternative or if you got vayne or tristana/twitch (dmg buffs)
Start Long sword + 3 pot ( assuming you have lifesteal runes )
then get a avarice blade and vamp scepter which will eventually build into bt+shiv and thats how you farm up push and stay in lane

i had that but then i switched build around a lot cause drav wrecks me in 3 shots so i was like fk it

Best KogBuild DoranBlade 1x Pot > maybe another doran what u prefer > boots no upgrade! > Botrk > Phantom Dancer > Infinity Edge > Last Whisper > Defensive item then banshee or GA or ******* Force for extra mobility. U can upgrade ur boots after botrk for example and as last take the bootsupgrade that give u movementspeed after every attack (This is also the best build for twitch/vayne )

lol BT stand for blood thirster not blade of the ruined king. Still level 11 cant get runes. I might just go bT then ruined king or other way around. Because even at start of game sivirs trades and pokes r still op.
